Healing Luke

by Beth Cornelison

Into the beginning season of summer Luke Morgan, and his brother and father prepare for long summer of busting tourist expecting an excited scuba adventure underwater... all seem good to Luke, he could get any woman he wanted and certain the best days of his life were just ahead of him, until a horrible accident happened that disformed and handy capped him. Refusing to continue his therapy, and daily life, Luke’s family thought all hope was lost for him until spunky Abby Stanford, came along with all answers. Our heroin though comes along with some of her own baggage. And even after she worked through her heart ach is she willing to let the right man into her life?

My View of the Book

When I read this book I was hooked pretty darn fast. A grieving studly man, Luke, and a grieving occupational therapist to help him work out all of the kinks. But Abby herself has some male trust issues, as of late and Luke seems to be the only one able to work through it. So now you can see why I just read the book threw. One day that’s all it took, I got so hooked. It’s got a good plot and intrigues the mind. I give this book a high B+ and rate it for a more mature reading audience. So kick back and free up your afternoon and get ready to heal Luke.
